Workshop breakdown

½ day workshops are three hours long and include:

• Contemporary technique class (30-45mins)

• Learning company material from the current tour (45mins)

• Creative time in smaller groups to enhance choreographic skills (60mins)

• Showing time (15mins)

• Cool down (10-15mins)


Full day workshops are five hours long and include:

• Contemporary technique class (60mins)

• Repertoire class, learning material from current tour (60mins)

• BREAK (45mins)

• Choreographic tasks with smaller groups to enhance skills (90mins)

• Showing time (30mins)

• Cool down and deep stretching (15mins)



Master Classes are usually between 1.5 and two hours long depending on the skill level of the group and include:

• Company class – technique

• Company repertoire



Current Prices

Hourly rate:

• 0 – 10 participants = £60

• 11 – 15 participants = £55

• 16+ participants = £50

Daily Rate:

• 0 – 10 participants = £250

• 11 -15 participants = £225

• 16+ participants = £200

10% discount given if 3 or more consecutive days booked.

Master Classes = £8 per person

Company Class Participation = £4 per person

Nikki and Katherine also offer private dance tuition for all ages in ballet, toning and flexibility, and contemporary. We would usually deliver the class at the participant's house however alternative space can be hired at a small extra cost if home visits are not possible. All lessons are £18 per class. and are an hour long.



Wedding Dances...
If you are getting married and want to stun your guests with a fully choreographed first dance, Nikki offers private tuition to teach you the moves and create an amazing moment designed especially for you. Prices are as follows:
Pay As You Go (per lesson) = £25
Package deal #1: 2 lessons a week for 6 weeks or 1 lesson a week for 12 weeks = £250
Package deal #2: 2 lessons a week for 12 weeks = £540
Package deal #3: 5 day intensive the week prior to the wedding. 4 hours a day = £400

Each lesson will be one hour long, and can be held at your house if you wish, however a studio or hall may be hired if you prefer.

FreeSpirit Dance Company will soon be launching its Associates Scheme with various skill levels to choose from:
FreeSpirit Fairys  - Ages 3 to 5
FreeSpirit Sprites - Ages 5 to 8
FreeSpirit Youth Dance 1 - Ages 8 to 11
FreeSpirit Youth Dance 2 - Ages 11 to 15
FreeSpirit Performance Company - Ages 16 to 18

The Early Years levels (Fairys and Sprites) will be guided through creative movement play, basic ballet technique.

FSYD1 will continue with their ballet technique and creativity sessions, but will also have the option to take additional street dance classes

FSYD2 again will continue with the next level of ballet technique, creativity and street dance, and will also be given the option of taking contemporary sessions. These sessions will double up as a mixed style class with choreography in order to work towards local and national youth dance platforms.

FSPC will be offered the option of taking either Ballet and Contemporary OR Street Dance and Contemporary, and will be lead through regular sessions that combine technique and choreography in order to work towards local and national youth dance platforms.
